  Enhances Mojeek search results pages with a Startpage-style result header for each listing:
  
  ~ Favicon — fetched from DuckDuckGo's icon service, sized larger (26 px) for top-level results
  ~ Site name — derived automatically from the domain (e.g. en.wikipedia.org → Wikipedia)
  ~ Display URL — reuses Mojeek's own green URL element when available, or falls back to the plain domain
  ~ Sitelinks support — nested/indented sitelinks get a smaller inline favicon (16 px) instead of the full header
  ~ Clickable headers — favicon and site name act as links to the result URL

  Adds a visual header to each Mojeek search result, grouping the site's favicon, readable name, and existing URL into a scannable block above the result title.
