  What's new in v0.3.0:
  
  🐛 Fix: images on Weibo / Bilibili / Douyin / Zhihu now work
  These sites block image requests with a missing/incorrect Referer ("hotlink protection"), which previously caused 403s when the extension tried to fetch the image. We now inject the right Referer for these CDNs, so right-clicking images on those sites works again.
