  Everything is keyboard-accessible. Alt+Shift+D toggles blocking on any tab.

  FocusShield has no servers, no accounts, no analytics. Settings live in 
  your browser's local storage and go nowhere. The extension cannot read 
  your browsing history, your messages, or anything outside the four
