喵迹 NekoTrace 是一款由 FITWELL LUKE 制作的本地 Chrome 扩展，用于帮助你监测浏览器内指定社媒网站的访问行为，并查看当前网络环境是否适合长期运营社媒账号。

扩展默认内置 5 个监测网站：

- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Pinterest
- YouTube

安装后即可直接开始统计，不需要额外添加这些域名。你也可以在后台继续添加其它需要监测的网站。

主要功能：

1. 访问时长追踪

喵迹会统计每个监测网站的活跃浏览时长。只有当 Chrome 窗口处于焦点状态、当前活动标签页是对应网站、且用户没有进入 idle/locked 状态时，才会计入活跃时长。切换到其它标签页、其它窗口或离开电脑后，不会继续给该网站累计活动时长。

2. 访问时间段追踪

后台可以查看每个网站每天、每周、每月的具体访问时间段，例如某一天 09:12 到 09:45 访问了 YouTube。你可以选择日期范围查看访问区间，也可以按日、周、月进行对比。

3. 活跃习惯分析

“各站时间段活跃追踪”板块支持按每 15 分钟、每 30 分钟、每 1 小时、每 2 小时统计访问习惯。后台会显示热力图、日均活跃时段、累计活跃时段、高频时段排行和趋势分析，帮助你了解每个网站在不同时段的使用节奏。

4. 流量追踪

扩展会通过 Chrome webRequest 记录与监测网站相关的请求，并估算请求字节、响应字节、总流量和请求次数。流量用于趋势分析和粗略对比，不作为计费级别的精确网络审计。

5. 搜索行为与关键词分析

喵迹会针对内置 5 个网站识别搜索行为，并记录搜索次数和搜索关键词。当前内置规则覆盖：

- Pinterest: `/search/pins/?q=`
- YouTube: `/results?search_query=`
- LinkedIn: `/search/results/all/?keywords=`
- Instagram: `/explore/search/keyword/?q=`
- Facebook: `/search/top/?q=`

你可以按日、周、月查看某个网站的搜索次数、关键词排行和搜索明细。

6. 仪表盘与报表

后台包含仪表盘、报表分析、站点分析、数据管理、各站时长追踪、各站时间段活跃追踪、各站流量追踪、搜索分析、网络安全评估和设置功能。支持今日、本周、本月和自定义日期范围。

7. 网络安全评估

“网络安全评估”板块会默认检测当前公网 IP，也可以输入其它 IP 进行查询。它会综合公开 IP 情报源、当前网络到监测网站的连通速度、浏览器指纹和 IP 国家常见家宽服务商参考表，给出以下信息：

- 当前 IP
- IP 地理位置
- ASN 号码
- ASN 归属
- IP 所属公司
- IP 原生性
- IP 类型
- IP 标记
- IP 纯净度百分比
- 家宽可能性百分比
- 是否疑似双 ISP 或分流
- 是否疑似 IDC / 机房
- 运营商类型
- 当前网络到 Facebook、LinkedIn、Instagram、Pinterest、YouTube 的连通速度
- 浏览器时区、语言、WebGL、平台等指纹一致性
- 社媒运营安全度评分

IP 纯净度主要参考 VPN、代理、Tor、IDC、滥用风险、Bogon、爬虫、国家归属不一致、双 ISP 或分流疑点等公开信号。家宽可能性会把双 ISP / 分流作为重要扣分项，并结合常见家宽服务商匹配、ASN / 公司名称、IDC 标记、代理 / VPN / Tor 标记等因素给出百分比。

网络标签会以类似 Ping0 的彩色徽标展示，例如：

8. 本地数据存储

访问行为、搜索关键词、访问时段、访问时长和流量统计只保存在本机 `chrome.storage.local`。扩展不会把这些行为统计上传到任何自有服务器。网络安全评估会调用第三方公开 IP 查询接口获取 IP 情报，但访问行为统计仍保存在本机。

喵迹 NekoTrace 关注的是“看得清、查得到、能导出”的本地浏览行为分析。它不会自动发布内容、不会代替你操作社媒账号，也不会绕过任何平台规则。

### 功能补充：各站养号期追踪

喵迹 NekoTrace 后台已包含“各站养号期追踪”功能。用户可以为 Facebook、LinkedIn、Instagram、Pinterest、YouTube 以及自定义监测网站分别设置养号开始日和养号天数，查看进度条、结束日、剩余天数和完成提醒。需要调整计划时，可以手动延长某个网站的养号期，也可以提前结束并立即标记为可以正式开始账号运营。所有养号期配置仅保存在用户本机 `chrome.storage.local`，不会上传到开发者服务器。

### 功能补充：各站时长目标

“各站时长追踪”支持为每个监测网站单独设置单日活跃目标，按分钟保存。后台会显示本周目标完成度和本月目标完成度，计算方式为“达到单日目标的天数 / 周或月总天数”，并提供每日是否达标明细。单日目标设置仅保存在用户本机 `chrome.storage.local`。

### English Description

NekoTrace is a local Chrome extension by FITWELL LUKE for tracking browser activity on selected social media websites and reviewing whether the current network environment looks suitable for long-term social account operations.

The extension includes five monitored sites by default:

- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Pinterest
- YouTube

You can start using it immediately after installation. You can also add more domains in the settings page.

Main features:

1. Active time tracking

NekoTrace records the active browsing time for each monitored website. Time is counted only when the Chrome window is focused, the active tab is on the monitored website, and the user is not idle or locked. Switching to another tab, another window, or leaving the computer stops active time accumulation for that site.

2. Session and active period tracking

The dashboard shows the exact visit periods for each monitored site by day, week, month, or custom date range. For example, you can see that YouTube was active from 09:12 to 09:45 on a specific day.

3. Active habit analysis

The active period tracker can analyze site usage by 15-minute, 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour intervals. It provides heatmaps, daily averages, cumulative active periods, peak time rankings, and trend analysis so you can understand when each site is most active.

4. Site-by-site account warm-up tracking

The admin page includes an account warm-up tracker for each monitored site. Users can set a separate warm-up start date and duration for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, or any custom monitored domain. The tracker shows progress, end date, remaining days, and completion reminders. Users can manually extend a site's warm-up period or finish it early. Warm-up settings are stored only in local Chrome storage.

5. Site duration goals

The duration tracking page lets users set a daily active-time goal for each monitored site in minutes. The dashboard shows weekly and monthly goal completion as completed days divided by total days in the week or month, with daily completion details. Goal settings are stored only in local Chrome storage.

6. Traffic tracking

NekoTrace uses Chrome webRequest data to estimate requests, request bytes, response bytes, total traffic, and request counts for monitored websites. These values are intended for trend analysis and rough comparison, not billing-grade network auditing.

7. Search behavior and keyword analysis

The extension identifies search activity and records search counts and search keywords for the built-in social platforms. Current built-in rules cover:

- Pinterest: `/search/pins/?q=`
- YouTube: `/results?search_query=`
- LinkedIn: `/search/results/all/?keywords=`
- Instagram: `/explore/search/keyword/?q=`
- Facebook: `/search/top/?q=`

You can review search counts, keyword rankings, and search event details by day, week, or month.

8. Dashboard and reports

The admin page includes dashboard, report analysis, site analysis, data management, duration tracking, active period tracking, traffic tracking, search analysis, site-by-site warm-up tracking, network security assessment, and settings. It supports today, this week, this month, and custom date ranges.

9. Network security assessment

The network security assessment panel checks the current public IP by default and also allows manual IP lookup. It combines public IP intelligence sources, current network speed to monitored websites, browser fingerprint signals, and country-specific residential ISP references to show:

- Current IP
- IP geolocation
- ASN number
- ASN owner
- IP company
- IP native quality estimate
- IP type
- IP tags
- IP cleanliness percentage
- Residential likelihood percentage
- Possible dual ISP or split routing
- Possible IDC / data center status
- Carrier type
- Connectivity speed to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Browser timezone, language, WebGL, platform, and fingerprint consistency
- Social media operation safety score

IP cleanliness mainly considers public signals such as VPN, proxy, Tor, IDC, abuse risk, Bogon, crawler, geolocation inconsistency, and dual ISP or split-routing indicators. Residential likelihood treats dual ISP / split routing as an important negative signal and also considers residential ISP matches, ASN / company names, IDC signals, proxy / VPN / Tor flags, and related public data.

Network labels are displayed as color-coded badges similar to Ping0-style classification, such as:

Important note: IP native quality, residential likelihood, IP cleanliness, and the social operation safety score are heuristic estimates. They are not official risk decisions from Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, or YouTube.

10. Local data storage

Browsing activity, search keywords, active sessions, active time, traffic statistics, site duration goals, and site warm-up settings are stored locally in `chrome.storage.local`. NekoTrace does not upload these activity logs, duration goals, or warm-up plans to any proprietary server. The network security assessment may call third-party public IP lookup services for IP intelligence, but activity tracking data stays local.

- Set daily active-time goals and review weekly or monthly completion rates
- Manage site-by-site account warm-up periods with countdown and completion reminders

- Run a basic network environment check before managing social accounts

Permissions explanation:

- `tabs` and `webNavigation`: identify the active tab and page navigation.
- `webRequest`: estimate requests and traffic related to monitored websites.
- `storage`: save settings and statistics locally.
- `idle`: stop counting active time when the user is idle or locked.
- `<all_urls>` host permission: observe requests for configured monitored websites. The extension logic stores statistics only for monitored site activity.

NekoTrace is designed for transparent local browsing analytics. It does not publish content, automate social media actions, replace user decisions, or bypass platform rules.
