    description
YouStem separates a track into 4 stems (vocals, drums, bass, other instruments) entirely in your browser. No uploads. No servers. No account.

    HOW IT WORKS

    1. Open your YouTube video in the tab, or drop an audio file (MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG) directly onto the panel.
    2. Set the time range you want to process (up to 70 seconds for the interactive player, unlimited for ZIP download).
    3. Press "Separate Stems" and wait for the AI to run locally on your device.

For segments up to 70 seconds: an interactive player lets you solo, mute, and seek each stem individually.
For longer segments: you get a ZIP with all 4 stems as 16-bit WAV files at 44.1 kHz.

    FULLY LOCAL AND PRIVATE

YouStem uses htdemucs (MIT) via WebGPU. Everything runs in your browser, your audio never leaves your device. The AI model is downloaded once on first use and cached locally.

    REQUIREMENTS

    - Chrome 120+ or Brave with WebGPU enabled.
    - GPU recommended for reasonable processing speed.

    FREE AND UNLIMITED

No subscription. No processing limits. No hidden fees.
