  Soviet Time Retro Filter applies non-political constructivist, newsprint, archive, and terminal-inspired visual filters to the current Chrome tab.
  
  Open a normal webpage, click the extension, choose a preset, and adjust Texture. Turn off removes the treatment immediately.
  
  Features
  - Five visual presets: Constructivist, Metro Night, Newsprint, CRT 1986, and Archive Sepia.
  - Applies only to the active tab after user action.
  - Texture control.
  - Instant undo.
  - No persistent host permissions.
  - No ads, accounts, analytics, or project backend.
  
  Privacy
  The extension does not collect browsing history, page text, form values, cookies, account data, screenshots, or files. It uses activeTab and scripting only to add or remove the local visual treatment after the user clicks.
  
  Limitations
  This is a historical visual approximation. It does not recreate official services, political organizations, leaders, flags, or symbols. Chrome internal pages, extension pages, PDFs, empty tabs, and some protected pages cannot be changed.
