Provides basic formatting with proper indentation and highlighting for RCW and WAC sections on the Washington legislative website.  Adds tooltips for defined terms drawn from the active RCW chapter.  Credit goes to an unknown developer for creating this original extension.  This was revised only to update to Manifest V3 so it is compatible with modern Chrome browsers.

No user data is transmitted to any sever.  All processing is done browser-side.  Offered free of charge with the disclaimer that the user should ALWAYS review the original law and display elements in this extension may result in incorrect representations of the law.
