Cozy Web Copilot

About

Cozy Web Copilot adds a refined floating assistant to the webpages you visit. Configure your own OpenAI-compatible Base URL and API key, choose a model from the provider's /v1/models list, and use the copilot to understand, summarize, and operate the current page.

The assistant is built for everyday browsing and web work:

- Drag the cat floating button anywhere on the page.
- Open a movable and resizable chat panel.
- Keep multiple topics per tab.
- Select a page element and chat with that element as context.
- Render Markdown, tables, and light-theme code blocks.
- Copy messages and export topic history as JSONL.
- Switch between soft macaron themes.
- Keep settings and chat history locally in Chrome extension storage.

Cozy Web Copilot is powered by PageAgent. Instead of relying on screenshots, it inspects the webpage structure and uses available page controls to complete user-requested tasks.

Privacy-first setup:

- No built-in LLM account.
- No first-party backend.
- No analytics.
- No sale of user data.
- API key and topics are stored locally in Chrome extension storage.
- Page context and chat messages are sent only to the OpenAI-compatible endpoint configured by the user.
