RevenueFlow Assistant helps businesses turn payment emails into clean, reviewable revenue records.

The extension connects to a Gmail or Google Workspace account with user authorization, scans payment-related emails, extracts key payment details, and lets the user review each record before saving it to Google Sheets.

RevenueFlow Assistant can help teams reduce manual copy-paste work, avoid duplicate records, and prepare cleaner data for reporting, accounting, and invoice workflows.

Privacy and security:

RevenueFlow Assistant does not ask for or store Gmail passwords. Google sign-in is handled through Chrome and Google OAuth.

The extension uses Gmail read-only access to locate and read payment-related messages. It cannot send, delete, move, label, or modify Gmail messages.

Google Sheets access is used only to create, test, and write reviewed payment records to the spreadsheet selected by the user.
