  HOW IT WORKS:
  1. Log into your WA DOL school account (handle MFA yourself)
  2. Navigate to the student hours entry page
  3. Click "Import Hours from Excel"
  4. Select your CSV file (matching the provided template)
  5. Review the results and click "Save Hours" as normal
