While you shop for pet products, Paw Check reads the materials and ingredients on the product page and rates them instantly. No copy-pasting, no second tab, no account.

WHAT IT CHECKS

1. Materials and ingredients (60% of the score). Scored against a ruleset of known toxic materials (BHA, PVC, lead and many more), risky preservatives and ingredient-quality signals. This runs entirely inside your browser.

2. Cruelty-free status (20%). Checked against the PETA and Leaping Bunny registries, more than 2,300 certified brands.

3. Recall record (20%). FDA, CPSC and EU Safety Gate recall databases, refreshed daily. An active recall always forces a red rating, no matter how good the ingredients look.

HOW IT WORKS

A small badge appears on supported product pages: Safe, Caution or Warning. Click it for the breakdown. Shopping somewhere else? Paste any product's ingredients into the popup for the same instant rating.

PRIVACY

No account, no email, no tracking. Material scoring runs inside your browser; the page content never leaves your machine. Only when you run a full check is the product name and brand sent to our server to query the recall databases. We never see your browsing history.

HONEST LIMITS

Paw Check can only score what the retailer discloses. If a listing omits its materials, we say so rather than guessing. Treat the score as a fast first filter, not a final verdict, and always check with your vet for health decisions.
