CopyPoppy keeps every reply you reuse — and finishes the part that changes. Click a phrase and it lands in the text field you're writing in. Phrases with {{variables}} are filled from the page you're answering on; [[AI instructions]] draft the changing part — a refusal, an approval, a follow-up — grounded in your own policies and in your customer's language.

What it does
- Inserts saved phrases into any text field — helpdesk, webmail, CRM, marketplace chats
- Smart Fill: {{name}}, {{order_id}} and friends filled from the page or your clipboard
- Answer cards: [[write a refusal]] blocks draft the variable part for your review
- Buffer: chain several phrases into one reply, polish it with your own AI buttons
- Right-click any text → Save to CopyPoppy
- Your library, groups and AI buttons stay in sync with the web app
