About

JsonSnap turns selected webpage content into structured data without leaving the browser.

  Use JsonSnap when you need to inspect or reuse data from a live page:
  - Pick an HTML table and open it as a clean grid
  - Parse a JSON block into a readable tree
  - Capture lists or DOM sections as structured JSON
  - Copy or export results as JSON, CSV, or Markdown

  Main workflow:
  1. Open the JsonSnap side panel
  2. Click Pick Element
  3. Hover the content you want
  4. Click a table, JSON block, list, or content area
  5. Review the result in Grid, Tree, or Raw JSON

  What JsonSnap supports:
  - HTML tables, including nested selections inside table cells
  - Markdown-style tables rendered on sites like GitHub
  - JSON blocks and text selections that contain valid JSON
  - Non-standard visual table layouts that behave like tables
  - Optional local extraction history, disabled by default

  Why it is useful:
