HOW IT WORKS
1. Install StarDeck and open the side panel
2. Paste a GitHub personal access token (read-only stars access)
3. Sync once - then search, tag, and filter locally

StarDeck only needs read access to your stars. It talks to the GitHub API from your browser and stores data in chrome.storage.local on your device. No backend. No analytics. Disconnect anytime to clear local data.
