About

Seamlessly integrate GitHub Projects status into your issue management workflow. This extension automatically displays color-coded status badges directly in your repository's issue list, eliminating the need to open individual issues or navigate to project boards.

🎯 KEY FEATURES

- Automatic Status Display - Status badges appear instantly next to each issue title
- GitHub Projects V2 Support - Works with the latest GitHub Projects interface
- Accurate Color Matching - Badges use the exact colors from your project's status field configuration
- One-Click OAuth Login - No manual token creation or management required
- Secure Authentication - Access tokens stored in session storage, automatically deleted when you close the browser
- Private Repository Support - Works with both public and private repositories (with proper authorization)
- Zero Configuration - Just install, login, and it works automatically

🔒 PRIVACY & SECURITY

Your data security is our priority:
- OAuth authentication eliminates the need for personal access tokens
- Access tokens are stored in session storage only (cleared when browser closes)
- OAuth client secret never exposed to your browser (server-side only)
- Automatic token refresh - no manual re-authentication needed
- Minimal permissions - only requests read:project and repo access
- No data collection or tracking

💡 HOW IT WORKS

1. Install the extension from Chrome Web Store
2. Click the extension icon and select "Login with GitHub"
3. Authorize the application when prompted
4. Visit any GitHub repository's issues page (e.g., https://github.com/owner/repo/issues)
5. Watch as status badges automatically appear next to each issue!

The extension intelligently detects which projects each issue belongs to and displays the corresponding status using your project's custom colors and labels.

📋 REQUIREMENTS

- GitHub account with access to GitHub Projects V2
- Chrome browser (version 88 or higher)
