No broad "read all your data on all websites" access. GrabTable uses activeTab — it can touch a page only at the moment you click its icon, and only to read that page's tables.

1. Open a page with a table → click the GrabTable icon.
2. Pick a table from the list (size and a preview are shown).
3. Choose Excel, CSV, or "Copy for Sheets". Done.
