ApplyAgent Auto-Fill is a Chrome extension that uses AI to automatically fill out job application forms on any career site — right in your real browser, using your actual session and cookies.

How it works:

1. Sign in to the extension with your ApplyAgent Pro account
2. Navigate to any job application page
3. Click "Start Auto-Fill" — the AI scans the form, matches fields to your resume data, and fills them in with human-like typing
4. Watch the live feed in the side panel to see every field filled and skipped in real time
5. Review the results and submit when you're ready

Key features:

- Universal form support: Works on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, and any other ATS platform. Handles custom widgets, shadow DOM, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, and file uploads.
- Human-like typing: Fills fields character-by-character with realistic delays to avoid bot detection. Runs in your real browser — no headless automation, no VPS.
- Multi-step navigation: Automatically clicks "Next" or "Continue" on multi-step application forms and fills each page.
- Three autonomy levels:
  - Level 1 (Fill only): Fills fields on the current page, stops.
  - Level 2 (Fill + Next): Fills fields, navigates steps, stops before submit.
  - Level 3 (Full auto): Fills, navigates, and submits automatically.
- Sensitive field protection: Automatically skips SSN, payment, EEOC, and other sensitive fields. Never auto-fills salary unless you've saved a preference.
- Live side panel: Real-time feed of every action, filled fields, skipped fields, and the reason each was skipped.
- Saved preferences: Set your salary expectation, pronouns, work authorization, and relocation preference once — the extension reuses them on every application.
- Keyboard shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+A (Cmd+Shift+A on Mac) to start or cancel the agent instantly.

Requirements:
- An ApplyAgent Pro subscription is required to use the extension. Sign up at applyagent.fly.dev.
- Your resume and application answers must be set up in your ApplyAgent dashboard.

Privacy & Security:
- Runs in your real browser with your real cookies — no headless browser, no bot detection risk
- Auth tokens stored in chrome.storage.local (encrypted at rest by Chrome)
- Sensitive fields (SSN, payment, EEOC) are never captured or transmitted
- Form field descriptors are sent over HTTPS to the ApplyAgent API for AI matching
- No data is sold to third parties
