How It Works
1. Install — Add the extension to Chrome. A small floating button appears on your Zendesk pages.
2. Connect — Enter your Zendesk subdomain and API credentials. Your data stays in your browser.
3. Get Insights — Click the button, ask Gaia to analyze your AI Agent, and get actionable recommendations in minutes.
Privacy & Security
- Your ticket data is processed ephemerally in server memory — not persisted to disk beyond security monitoring
- A copy of conversation content is retained for up to 30 days in an EU-hosted platform solely for security monitoring (prompt injection, abuse detection) — not for AI training or quality improvement
- PII (emails, phone numbers, credit cards) is masked before AI processing — the AI model never sees personal information
- OpenAI operates under a Zero Data Retention contract — no prompts or. completions are stored or used for training
- API credentials are stored locally in your browser only — never sent to our servers for storage
- Gorgias acts as a data processor, not a data controller
