DEX: Export Discord messages, channels & attachments

Have you ever wished you could pull a whole Discord channel (or DM) out of the app and actually keep it? DEX allows you to export all messages from channels, DMs, and you can also choose what attachmets you'd like to download. (images, files, videos, everything).

WHAT IT DOES
DEX adds a floating button on Discord while you are logged in at discord.com. Open it to export messages from server channels and DMs in one place: usernames, timestamps, replies, embeds, reactions and more, depending on the format you pick.
Choose your channels, set a date range or grab just the recent messages, then export to HTML, PDF, TXT, JSON or Markdown. Watch progress live on the button while it fetches. Need the files people shared? Browse and download attachments in a dedicated tab inside the extension.
It only runs on discord.com, so it stays out of the way everywhere else.

WHO IS THIS FOR
Server admins, moderators, community managers, researchers and anyone who needs Discord message history organized and exportable. Especially useful for busy channels, long DM threads, or archives too large to copy by hand.

HOW DOES IT WORK
1. Install the extension and open discord.com while logged in.
2. Click the floating button to open DEX. (it will automatically show up on the bottom right)
3. In Choose, pick the channels or DMs you want to export.
4. In Export, pick your scope (all messages, a date range, or recent messages), choose HTML, PDF, TXT, JSON or Markdown, and hit Start Export.
5. Optional: open Attachments to preview and download files from your selected channels.
