Stop hitting reload. Auto Refresh keeps any page fresh on a timer you choose, and it can watch a page for a change and notify you the moment it happens, even after you close the tab.

Set an interval from one second to hours, press start, and a live countdown begins right away. Foreground tabs refresh at the exact interval you pick. Background tabs refresh at least every 30 seconds, which is an honest Chrome limit rather than a promise we cannot keep.

Want an alert instead of a constant reload. Pick an element on the page, choose a condition, and close the tab. The extension keeps watching in the background and raises a desktop notification only after a change holds steady across two checks, so you get told when something really changed rather than on every flicker.
