StraightUp watches your posture through your webcam and nudges you the moment you start slouching — so you build better habits without thinking about it.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Click "Open coach" — a small floating window appears alongside your work
2. Hit Calibrate once while sitting upright
3. Go back to whatever you were doing

StraightUp runs silently in the background. If your posture drops, it rings a bell. Fix your posture — the bell stops. That's it.

ALERT SYSTEM (graduated, not spammy)

• Screen-edge red glow appears as a visual cue
• OS notification after 45 seconds of sustained slump
• Repeats every 3 minutes if you're still slouching
• Everything stops the moment your posture recovers

Built-in timers remind you to drink water (every 30 min), rest your eyes with the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 min), and stand up to stretch (every 45 min).

All AI processing runs locally using Google's MediaPipe on-device model. No video, no images, no biometric data is ever uploaded or stored anywhere. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics.
