About

Lull is a calm button for anxious moments.

Click the toolbar icon and the page you're on softly blurs away into a calm space:
• A slow, paced-breathing orb (in 4s · hold 3s · out 6s · rest 2s) to settle your body
• An infinite, generative ambient soundscape — synthesized live in your browser, never repeating
• Click again or press Esc to return

100% ON-DEVICE
Everything runs locally. No webcam, no microphone, no network requests, no accounts, no
tracking, no analytics. The sound is pure Web Audio synthesis — there are no audio files and
nothing is streamed.

HONEST NOTE
Lull is a comfort and self-regulation tool — not medical care, and not a substitute for
therapy or professional help. Paced breathing genuinely helps calm the body in the moment,
but if anxiety is intense or persistent, please talk to a professional. If you're in crisis,
reach out to someone you trust or a helpline.
