  Address Bar Suggestions Cleaner keeps Chrome's address bar cleaner by removing search-term suggestions that can appear when you click or type in the address bar.
  
  When you search from Chrome's address bar, those search terms can later appear as clock-icon suggestions. This extension clears those local search suggestions automatically, or immediately from the toolbar popup.
  
  What it does:
  
  - Clears search suggestions automatically.
  - Clears existing search suggestions when installed.
  - Can clear once when Chrome starts.
  - Keeps search suggestions tidy on the selected interval.
  - Lets you clean search suggestions immediately from the extension popup.
  - Preserves ordinary browsing history.
  - Runs locally in Chrome.
  - Does not collect, transmit, sell, or share data.
  - Does not request website access.
  - Does not touch cookies, login sessions, passwords, bookmarks, cache, or open tabs.
  
  Important limits:
  
  - Chrome may still show suggestions from bookmarks, open tabs, your default search engine, or Google account activity.
  - This extension controls local search suggestions from supported search engines only.

Those come from Google's servers, not local history, so no extension can remove them — turn them off in your Google account or Chrome sync settings.
