Idea Vault is a browser extension (Chrome MV3, with Firefox & Safari builds) that automatically captures user prompts and AI responses from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity using MutationObserver-based DOM scraping in content scripts. Captured interactions are sent to a Supabase backend via an ingest-log edge function. The extension includes an offline queue with retry logic, a popup UI for project selection/settings, and a full-page popup with timeline visualization, snapshots (AI-generated summaries), and export (PDF/Notion/JSON). Authentication is token-based (user pastes a JWT from the web dashboard).
