About

Frontify Asset Manager brings your Frontify Digital Asset Management library into the browser. Find approved assets, copy share-ready CDN links, download files, and upload new media to any brand — all from a single popup, on any website you're working on.

Sign in once with your Frontify account (secure OAuth) and the extension respects every permission, brand, and visibility rule already configured in your workspace.

What you can do?

🔍 Find & browse assets

Open the integrated Frontify Finder directly from the toolbar
Search across libraries, collections, and folders you have access to
Filter by file type and other Frontify metadata
Switch between brands when your account spans multiple workspaces

🔗 Copy CDN links (with on-the-fly transformations)

Copy a static CDN link or a dynamic, transformed link
Resize using width, height, or Frontify presets
Convert format (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF) and adjust quality
Recolor or remove backgrounds for supported image types
Save your preferred transformation defaults per action

Filenames preserve the asset's name from Frontify

Drag-and-drop or pick one or many files at once
Choose the target brand, library, and folder
Watch real-time per-file progress with cancel/retry

⚙️ Customisable defaults

Configure default copy/download actions, transformation presets, and rendition formats from the Options page
Recent destinations are remembered to speed up repeat uploads

🔒 Privacy & security

Authentication is handled exclusively through Frontify's official OAuth flow — your password never touches the extension
Tokens are stored in the browser's secure extension storage and refreshed automatically
All actions execute against the Frontify APIs you already have access to; the extension cannot grant additional permissions
