An extension that limits scrolling on YouTube. However, it depends on some self-control to use properly. When a YouTube tab is open, an alarm page with appear after a delay and will allow you to choose: to close the YouTube tab, to apply a grayscale filter to the YouTube Tab, to continue using YouTube for another minute, or to continue using YouTube for 30 more minutes (before another alarm tab appears).
