Garmin Coach to MyWhoosh exports your structured cycling workouts from Garmin Coach directly into MyWhoosh — no manual rebuilding required.

How it works:
1. Open the Garmin Coach training page on connect.garmin.com while logged in.
2. Click any workout in your weekly plan to open its detail panel.
3. Click the extension icon in the toolbar — your workouts appear in the list.
4. Click ⬇ .zwo next to the workout you want. The file is saved to your Downloads folder and the MyWhoosh Workout Builder opens automatically with your FTP pre-filled.
5. Drag the .zwo file into the MyWhoosh editor canvas. Done.
