Independent Panels for YouTube improves the YouTube watch page layout by allowing the main content area and the recommendations sidebar to scroll independently.

Normally, when you scroll on a YouTube video page, the whole page moves together. This extension separates the layout into two independent scrollable panels:

- Left panel: video, description, comments and page content
- Right panel: recommended videos

This is useful when you want to browse recommended videos without losing your position in the video page, or when you want to read comments and descriptions while keeping the recommendations sidebar stable.
