About

Freedom of Input is a lightweight browser extension that restores your fundamental right to interact with web content. Many websites restrict copying text, right-clicking, and text selection to protect their content or control user experience. This extension restores these native browser functions.

What It Does
✅ Restores right-click context menu — Right-click freely to access browser menus
✅ Enables copy/cut/paste — Copy text and paste content without restrictions
✅ Unlocks text selection — Select any text on the page, even when blocked by CSS
✅ Removes JavaScript hijacking — Bypasses aggressive event listeners that block user input

How to Use
Click the Freedom of Input icon to open the popup
Toggle the switch ON to activate on the current page
Enjoy full control of your browser interactions!

The extension works on all websites and can be toggled on/off instantly. When disabled, websites operate with their original restrictions.

⚠️NOTE: It is STRONGLY recommended you keep the extension OFF and only enable it when you specifically need it to avoid interfering with complex web applications (like Google Docs or Figma). ⚠️

Why You Need It Many premium content sites, educational platforms, and corporate intranets block copying and selection to prevent content theft. While this may protect intellectual property, it also frustrates legitimate users who simply want to quote, reference, or save information. Freedom of Input puts that choice back in your hands.
