About
Clairity is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board or Khan Academy. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board. Khan Academy® is a registered trademark of Khan Academy, Inc.
Clairity is a personal SAT analytical tool designed to help you identify your SAT weaknesses while you practice with the free online resources. This extension is the piece that handles the boring part: it captures the practice you're already doing in your browser and forwards the results to your own Clairity account, so you don't have to log anything by hand. Once your answers are logged, Clairity displays a per-topic breakdown for every SAT topic you've completed. Clairity then uses this information to design a personalized study plan with graphs that display your strengths, weaknesses, and accuracy. The extension specifically captures per-question correctness, the topic/skill label shown on the page, time spent, and a session timestamp. Clairity does not save the actual question text, images, or answer choices, and does not interact with the College Board's Bluebook desktop SAT app. This extension was designed purely to supply the user with analytical information.
What it does:
- Records each Khan Academy SAT-prep question you attempt — the topic, whether you got it right, and how long you spent.
- On College Board My Practice, reads the per-question correctness and domain labels from your completed practice tests so the full exam appears in your Clairity dashboard, broken out by section and topic. Question text and answer choices are not read or stored.
- Everything lands in your private Clairity account, where you can see weakness patterns, accuracy by topic, and a study plan that updates as you practice.
What it doesn't do:
- Doesn't change how Khan Academy looks or behaves. On College Board My Practice, a small confirmation overlay appears after capturing an exam — no scoring interference.
- Doesn't track the official Bluebook desktop SAT app — Bluebook runs outside the browser.
- Doesn't read your name, email, or anything other than the practice-question data described above.
- Doesn't track your browsing on any other website.
How linking works: open the extension popup, paste the 8-digit pairing code from your Clairity account page, and you're done. The code is single-use and creates a per-device token that you can revoke at any time from your account.
Requires a free Clairity account at app.prepwithclairity.com. Not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 should review with a parent or guardian.Technical
