GreerGuard - Scam & Phishing Protection

GreerGuard protects you from browser-based attacks in real time. When a dangerous page is detected, it's blocked before it can trick or harm you.

What it blocks:

Browser traps — pages that force fullscreen, hide your cursor, or lock scrolling to make it look like your computer is taken over
Fake login pages — sites impersonating Google, Microsoft, banks, or other services to steal your password
Cryptojacking — scripts that secretly use your CPU to mine cryptocurrency
Clipboard hijacking — pages that replace copied content (like wallet addresses) with attacker-controlled values
Suspicious notification requests — sites using high-risk domains to bait you into enabling push notifications
Additional features:

Extension audit — flags other installed extensions with risky permissions or non-Store installs
Redirect chain detection — surfaces multi-hop redirect chains, a common phishing delivery method
Site audit — on-demand scan of any page's CSS tricks, permissions, scripts, and overlays
Trust list — permanently whitelist sites you control so they're never flagged
History — a full log of every blocked and flagged event
Sync — link to the GreerGuard Android app to see browser threats alongside your mobile protection history
