WHAT IT DOES
Prospect Pro extracts business contact details (company name, emails, phone numbers, address, website, and social links) from the sources sales and outreach teams use every day:
• Google Maps — pull businesses from any search or area
• Google Search — capture results and the sites behind them
• LinkedIn — collect public company and profile details you can see on the page
• Any website — crawl a site and gather contact info across its pages
• PDFs — extract contacts from PDF documents and catalogs

Everything runs locally in your browser through a clean side panel. There is no account to create and no monthly contact limit.

THE HONEST EMAIL VERIFIER (the part that actually matters)
Most "email checkers" lie to you. They confirm that the syntax looks fine and that the domain has a mail server, then mark the address VALID. But almost every address has valid syntax, and a domain can exist while the specific mailbox does not — so you still bounce.

Prospect Pro is built differently. It never calls a guess "valid."
• VALID — only when a mailbox is actually confirmed deliverable (requires a mailbox-check provider, see below). If we can't prove the inbox exists, we will not pretend.
• RISKY — the domain accepts mail and the address is well-formed, but the specific mailbox is unconfirmed, is a shared role inbox (info@, support@), is on a free provider, looks like a typo, or sits on a catch-all domain.
• INVALID — bad syntax, unregistered domain, no mail records at all, a disposable/temporary address, or an SMTP check that says the user does not exist.
• UNKNOWN — the network or DNS lookup failed. A failed check is never silently upgraded to "valid."

Built-in checks include RFC-aware syntax validation, multi-resolver DNS/MX lookups with automatic retries (so a single slow lookup no longer fails with a timeout), implicit-MX (A-record) handling, disposable-domain detection, role-address detection, free-provider detection, catch-all flagging, and "did you mean…?" typo detection (gmial.com, gmail.con, hotmial.com, and similar).

TRUE MAILBOX VERIFICATION (optional, your choice)
A browser cannot open a mail socket to a server, so no extension can prove a single mailbox exists entirely on its own. Prospect Pro is honest about this. When you want real VALID/INVALID results, open Settings → Email Verification and connect a mailbox-check provider — either a self-hosted open-source checker (Reacher / check-if-email-exists) or your own endpoint. Add the URL (and an API key if needed) and Prospect Pro will use it to confirm real deliverability. No provider? You still get safe, honest RISKY/INVALID grading — we just won't fake a VALID.

LEAD INTELLIGENCE — better leads, not just more rows
Prospect Pro doesn't dump raw text on you. Every captured contact is cleaned and graded so you know where to start:
• Disposable and broken addresses are dropped automatically
• Each lead's emails are ranked best-first (business personal > business role > free personal > free role)
• Every lead gets a quality grade — A (a real business personal email), B (some business contact or a phone plus a name), or C (generic/free/role or phone-only)
• A "primary email" is chosen for you, so the best contact is always on top

BULK TOOLS & EXPORT
• Bulk URL import — paste a list of sites and crawl them in a queue
• Bulk verification — check large lists of addresses at once
• Filters — show only leads that have an email, have a phone, or match a verdict
• Export to CSV, Excel, or JSON — including an "Export Verified" option for clean lists only

PRIVACY
Prospect Pro runs in your browser. There is no login and no central server collecting your leads. DNS and optional mailbox checks are the only outbound network calls, and the mailbox provider is one you choose and control.
