🔒 Your privacy

The extension itself collects ZERO data. It only opens tabs you explicitly trigger by clicking a menu item. No tracking, no analytics, no telemetry.

Most PDF tools on PDF Genie run entirely in your browser using WebAssembly — your files never leave your device. The few server-side tools (LibreOffice conversions, OCR, AI features) process files in isolated environments and delete them immediately after.
