  vAudit is a packing video logging system for 3PLs and D2C fulfillment teams to record video proof during packing, order checks, and returns inspection. The video is saved per order so teams can view the exact packing or inspection moment by searching for order or return ID during disputes.

  vAudit is built for D2C brands and 3PLs handling eCommerce fulfillment. It records every order as it's packed, links that recording to the order ID, and stores it in the cloud so when a dispute, return claim, or shipping discrepancy comes in, the proof is ready to share.
   
  Packers scan a barcode to start and stop recording or use the floating bubble. No workflow changes required. Anyone with access can pull up a recording instantly by searching the order ID, and proof can be shared as a link in seconds.
   
  The chrome extension allows you to record packing videos on your browser-based OMS, WMS, or ERP systems via a floating bubble without having to switch screens
