This app only works locally without going through the server. It allows you to merge and split instantly, real-time to the PDF file. You don't need to upload PDFs to any server. It's very safe, and guarantees privacy.

You can select PDF files to convert from your local computer and from Google Drive directly. Supports Chrome, IE10+, Firefox, Edge, Safari.. 

*Limitation of this app
Supports PDF1.4 and earlier formats. PDF1.5 later file does not support basically.
But, can read if Internally PDF1.4 format. Supports convert to the compatible format through the server if you want.
Encrypted PDF file does not support.

PDF1.4 and compatible format is used widely such as MS Office, OpenOffice, Chrome, Edge, Safari, Google Drive, cloud storage, online converter, free PDF software...
