  The TasiPsych EHR Sync Extension is designed to streamline behavioral health documentation workflows by helping providers quickly move finalized notes from TasiPsych into their existing EHR systems — without copy/paste frustration.

    How it works:                                                                                                                                                                               
    1. Open the side panel from the toolbar                
    2. Pair once with your TasiPsych account using a 5-minute pairing code                                                                                                                      
    3. Pick the encounter you want to transfer                                                                                                                                                  
    4. Click Transfer — the extension scans the EHR page on screen and
       routes each section to the matching field automatically                                                                                                                                  
  
  Works on essentially any web EHR with labeled note field including SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, Practice Fusion, and athenahealth. No setup or per-EHR configuration required.
  
   Privacy and security:                                                                                                                                                                       
  - Your data never leaves the browser to a third party. The extension reads your finalized notes directly from your TasiPsych account using a secure bearer token, then writes them into your EHR's fields in your browser.                                                                                                                                                
  - The extension does not read, collect, or extract any data from the EHR. It only writes user-approved note content into designated EHR fields. All existing EHR data remains within the EHR system. 
  - Bearer tokens are revocable per device from your TasiPsych Profile → Chrome Extension settings.
  - All extension access and synchronization activity is securely audit-logged on the TasiPsych server.

  How It Works
  - Open TasiPsych Copilot from the browser toolbar
  - Sign in securely with your TasiPsych clinician account
  - Capture or select your finalized note within the Copilot panel
  - Click Transfer — Copilot intelligently detects the EHR fields on the current page and routes each section to the appropriate location automatically
  
  Works with virtually any web-based EHR with labeled note fields, including SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, Practice Fusion, athenahealth, and more — without requiring custom integrations or per-EHR configuration.
  
  Privacy & Security
  
  - TasiPsych Copilot records session audio only when you explicitly click Start Encounter in the side panel, and stops the moment you click End Session or close the side panel. Audio is uploaded to your authenticated TasiPsych account over an encrypted connection — never to any third party.
  - When you click Transfer, Copilot reads the EHR page's field labels so it can route note sections to the right destinations, and writes your finalized note into those fields. If the note hasn't been attached to a patient yet, Copilot also reads the patient name and date of birth from the chart you have open and asks — via a Yes/No prompt - whether to attach the note for you. EHR data is never transmitted to TasiPsych unless you explicitly approve the suggested patient, in which case only first name, last name, and date of birth are sent.                                                                                                                                            
  - The extension does not run on EHR pages in the background. Reads and writes happen only in direct response to an explicit click in the side panel.
  - All communication with TasiPsych services uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.                                                                                            
  - All extension activity (sign-in, session recording, upload, note transfer, patient match/create, patient reassignment) is securely audit-logged on TasiPsych systems for HIPAA compliance.                                                                                                                                                        
  - Access can be revoked at any time from your TasiPsych Profile → Chrome Extension Settings, or by clicking the disconnect icon in the side panel header.
  
  Requires an active TasiPsych clinician account.
