About
Schedule smarter in Outlook Web. If you've used Google Calendar, you know how easy it is to see a colleague's calendar and instantly add them to an invite. Outlook Web doesn't have that — until now. Attendee Quick Add for Outlook reads whichever calendars you have checked in your left sidebar and surfaces them as one-click attendee chips right inside the New Event form. No searching, no typing names, no copy-pasting email addresses. ────────────────────────────── HOW IT WORKS ────────────────────────────── 1. In Outlook Web, check the calendars of people you're scheduling with (under "People's calendars" or "My calendars" in the left sidebar). 2. Click New Event. 3. A panel appears showing everyone whose calendar is visible. Click a name to instantly add them as a required attendee. 4. If you try to save a meeting without adding any attendees, the extension warns you — and can add everyone at once with a single click. ────────────────────────────── FEATURES ────────────────────────────── • One-click attendee chips for every visible calendar • Works even when the New Event form opens in a separate window • Warns you before saving an event with no attendees • "Add attendees" in the warning dialog adds everyone automatically • Ctrl+S is also intercepted by the save guard • No data ever leaves your browser — everything is stored locally ────────────────────────────── PRIVACY ────────────────────────────── This extension stores calendar names temporarily in your browser's localStorage so they're available when the New Event form opens. No data is sent to any external server. The extension only runs on outlook.office.com and outlook.office365.com. See full privacy policy: https://lets-hangsoon.github.io/outlook-extensions/privacy-policy.html ────────────────────────────── PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED ────────────────────────────── • outlook.office.com, outlook.office365.com — Required to read the calendar sidebar and inject the attendee panel into the New Event form. The extension does not access any other sites.
