LinkedIn Company Page Extractor helps you collect structured company information from LinkedIn company pages and export it in a format you can use immediately.

The extension is built for one job: extracting visible data from LinkedIn company pages and turning it into clean, local exports such as Excel, CSV, JSON, or a clipboard-ready row for spreadsheets.

How it works

1. Open a LinkedIn company page.
2. Click the extension icon.
3. Connect your NameToProfile API key.
4. Choose the fields you want to include.
5. Extract the company data.
6. Export the results locally.

What you can extract

The extension can read visible company page fields such as:
- Company name
- Company ID
- Logo URL
- Summary
- Overview
- Website
- Industry
- Company size
- Followers
- Employees on LinkedIn
- Headquarters
- Founded year
- Specialties

Export options

You can export extracted data in multiple formats:
- Excel (.xlsx)
- CSV (.csv)
- JSON (.json)
- Copy Row for direct paste into Excel or Google Sheets

Field selection

You can choose which optional fields to include before exporting. Your field preferences are saved locally in the browser so you do not need to reconfigure them every time.

Bulk capture

The extension also includes a Bulk Capture mode for collecting multiple LinkedIn company pages in one local session before downloading them together.

Bulk Capture lets you:
- Start a local capture session
- Visit multiple LinkedIn company pages
- Save captured company records locally in the browser
- Export all captured records together as Excel, CSV, or JSON

A minimum available credit balance is required to start Bulk Capture. The extension checks your account eligibility before starting a bulk session.

API key requirement

A valid NameToProfile API key is required to use the extension. The extension uses the API key only to:
- Validate that your key is active
- Read your usage and remaining credit status
- Check whether your account is eligible to start a bulk capture session

Important privacy note

Extracted LinkedIn company data is processed locally in your browser and exported locally to your device. Based on the current extension functionality, the extension does not send extracted LinkedIn company data to the NameToProfile API.

What the extension does not do

- It does not track your general browsing activity
- It does not inject ads
- It does not operate on unrelated websites
- It does not read unrelated tabs
- It does not access LinkedIn messages or credentials

Important notes

- You must be logged into LinkedIn to use the extension on LinkedIn company pages.
- The extension is intended for company pages, not personal LinkedIn profiles.

- LinkedIn may change page structure over time, which can affect extraction results until selectors are updated.
