Personio Attendance Autofill helps you complete empty days on your Personio monthly attendance timesheet faster, with guardrails so you stay in control.

WHAT IT DOES
• Fills empty attendance days using your configured work schedule (Work → Break → Work)
• Opens your company’s Personio attendance page for the current month
• Skips days that are already tracked, approved, locked, or otherwise not editable
• Lets you clear a single day when you need to undo one entry
• Sends optional desktop reminders when the week (Saturday) or month end is approaching

HOW TO USE
1. Click the extension icon and enter your Personio company subdomain and employee ID (from your attendance URL).
2. Set your typical start time, end time, and break length, then save.
3. Open Personio → Attendance → your monthly view (or let the extension open it).
4. Grant access to your company’s Personio domain when prompted (only that subdomain is requested).
5. Click “Auto fill empty days” and follow the activity log in the popup.

SAFETY & SCOPE
• Runs only on your configured Personio subdomain and employee attendance page (monthly view).
• Does not run on arbitrary websites.
• Does not submit timesheets for approval on your behalf—you review and submit in Personio as usual.
• Respects row state: approved, pending, and locked rows are not overwritten.

DEADLINE REMINDERS
Background checks notify you (at most once per day) when:
• Saturday (week end) is within 2 days, or
• Month end is within 7 days

SETTINGS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
• Account: subdomain and employee ID (local storage)
• Schedule: start, end, break (synced via Chrome if sync is enabled)
No separate account or cloud backend is operated by this extension.

REQUIREMENTS
• Active Personio account with attendance/time tracking
• Google Chrome (Manifest V3)
• Permission to access your company’s *.app.personio.com host when you enable it
