RevPilot — Sales Enablement Co-pilot

RevPilot brings training and enablement directly into the tools your sales team already uses. Instead of sending reps off to a separate LMS or wiki, RevPilot surfaces the right guidance in context — right on the pages where they work.

WHAT IT DOES

• Smart keyword highlighting — RevPilot highlights the keywords your administrator configures on the pages your team uses. Highlighted terms glow with a subtle indicator and a small icon, so important concepts stand out without getting in the way.

• Contextual training videos — Click the icon next to a highlighted keyword to instantly open a short training video tied to that concept. Reps learn exactly what they need, exactly when they need it, without leaving the page.

• Video library sidebar — Open the RevPilot sidebar to browse and search your organization's full library of training videos any time.

• Guided onboarding — Admins can require new reps to complete a set of onboarding videos, with completion tracked automatically, so everyone starts from the same foundation.

• Usage insights for admins — Engagement such as keyword clicks, video views, and watch time flows into your RevPilot dashboard, so leaders can see what's landing and refine their program over time.

HOW IT WORKS

RevPilot is CRM-agnostic. Your administrator sets up your organization in the RevPilot dashboard and configures which domains the extension should activate on — for example your CRM (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Close, or Pipedrive) or other sales tools your team uses. The extension only activates its features on the domains your administrator configures, and stays inactive everywhere else.

GETTING STARTED

1. Your organization configures keywords, videos, and domains in the RevPilot dashboard.
2. Install the extension and sign in with your RevPilot account.
3. Open a configured page — highlighted keywords and training appear automatically.

You can toggle highlights and the sidebar on or off at any time from the extension pop-up.

REQUIREMENTS

RevPilot requires a RevPilot account provided by your organization. Without an account and at least one configured domain, the extension will not display content. This is expected behavior, not an error.

PRIVACY

RevPilot only activates on the domains your administrator configures and does not collect data on other sites. It does not sell your data. Keyword highlighting reads page text locally in your browser to find configured terms; it does not collect page content, form data, or browsing history.
