Changelog
- Jun 3, 2026description
**TILT.ai** connects your Gmail and Outlook inbox directly to Nexus, eliminating the manual copy-paste work of turning carrier and factoring emails into shipment documents. **How it works** Open any email in Gmail or Outlook, right-click anywhere in the message, and select **"Create shipment in Nexus"**. The extension extracts the email content, lets you confirm the client, and uploads the document to Nexus — all without leaving your inbox. **Key features** • **Gmail & Outlook Web support** — works on mail.google.com and outlook.office.com • **Thread-aware extraction** — in threaded conversations, right-click the specific message you want to import • **Attachment import** — select a PDF or Excel attachment instead of the email body when the document is the attachment • **Carrier validation badges** — sender email addresses are automatically checked against your Nexus carrier database and marked Verified or Unknown inline in the email header • **One-click sign-in** — authenticates via your existing Nexus / Tilt SSO session; no separate credentials needed • **Trusted domain indicators** — a trust badge appears on emails from known freight industry domains **Who is this for** Operations and carrier relations teams at freight brokerages using Nexus who receive rate confirmations, invoices, factoring requests, and carrier onboarding documents by email. **Requirements** • An active Nexus account • Google Chrome browser • Access to Gmail or Outlook Web
