It does this by encouraging you to choose up to 7 most important tasks for a day, then promoting focus on each of these in turn - removing all distractions. Whilst in Focus mode there's a timer to support users of the Pomodoro Technique. Real life has a habit of getting in the way of good intentions, so the app is designed to help you deal with interruptions - seamlessly incorporating them into your workflow.
