Diplo Language Suite brings AI-assisted editing and source monitoring directly into your Google Docs workflow — without leaving the document. Open the side panel and work alongside your text in two ways:

✍️ DiploWRITER — AI rewriting
Select text in your Google Doc and rewrite it in place. Refine tone, tighten phrasing, or rework a passage, then review the result before applying it. A built-in history lets you revisit previous rewrites.

🔎 DiploUPDATER — source-monitored updates
Attach questions to the parts of your document you need to keep current, and choose which sources to monitor. Diplo watches your whitelisted sources and surfaces relevant updates in the panel, where you can review each one and approve, reject, or revert it. Your document stays accurate as the world changes — on your terms, with you in control of every change.

How it works
• Open the Diplo Language Suite side panel from the extension icon while viewing a Google Doc.
• Sign in to connect your account.
• Use DiploWRITER to rewrite selected text, or DiploUPDATER to register questions and sources for ongoing monitoring.
• Review and apply changes from the panel — nothing is edited without your approval.
Built for editors and writers who need their documents to stay precise and up to date. You decide what gets monitored and what gets changed.

Permissions & data
Diplo connects to the Google Docs API to read and update the document you're working on, and to the Diplo backend that processes rewrites and source updates. You can point the extension at your own backend in Settings. See our privacy policy for details on data handling.
