STR Prospector helps short-term rental investors and property managers quickly extract property data from vacation rental listings, identify property owners, and close more deals.

What it does:
- Extracts property details from vacation rental listing pages
- Looks up property addresses from listing coordinates using rooftop-accurate data
- Skip traces property owners to get phone, email, and mailing address
- Saves properties to your cloud dashboard for organization and follow-up
- Organizes properties into custom lists

How it works:
1. Browse any vacation rental listing
2. Click the STR Prospector icon
3. View extracted property data (address, beds, baths, max guests, coordinates, rating, reviews)
4. Click "Lookup Address" to find the property address from coordinates ($0.15)
5. Save to your dashboard or skip trace the owner for contact info ($0.12)
