🔔 Smart Monitoring
Save any Rightmove rental search and Rightsnipe checks it in the background at your chosen interval. When new properties appear, you get a desktop notification with the address, price, and photo. Filter notifications to pet-friendly listings only if that's what you need.

📊 Area Intelligence
Every property page gets an embedded panel with data you'd normally spend hours researching:
• Area Quality — Index of Multiple Deprivation deciles for income, employment, education, health, crime, housing, and environment
• Crime — Recent crime data from the Police API, broken down by category
• Schools — Nearby primary and secondary schools within 1.5km
• Flood Risk — Environment Agency flood zone data and active warnings
• Noise Level — Transport infrastructure noise estimated from OpenStreetMap data (roads, railways, flight paths)
• Transport Links — Nearby tube stations, rail stations, tram stops, and bus stops with walking distances
• Walkability — Score based on nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, GPs, gyms, parks, and pubs
• Rental Price — How the listing compares to the local median for similar properties
• Commute Estimate — Driving, transit, cycling, and walking times to your work or study address
All data comes from free, open public sources. Nothing is scraped from Rightmove's own data.

⚡ One-Click Autofill
Set up your details once in Settings — name, email, phone, move-in date, employment status, tenancy length, screening answers, and a viewing request message. Rightsnipe fills in Rightmove's viewing request forms automatically when you open them. Optional auto-send with a visible countdown and cancel button.

📈 Price Tracking & History
Rightsnipe tracks every property it finds across your saved searches. See your full history, spot price changes, and never lose track of a listing you saw earlier.

📊 Compare Areas
Visited several properties? Open the Compare view to see area intelligence side by side, making it easy to weigh up different neighbourhoods.

🔒 Privacy First
Your personal details (name, email, phone, screening answers) are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device. Anonymous usage analytics can be opted out of entirely in Settings. No accounts, no sign-ups, no data harvesting.

4. Click through to view the listing with full area intelligence
