PromptVault is a private, local-first prompt manager for people who reuse AI prompts often. Save your best prompts once, organize them with tags, search your library, and insert the right prompt when you need it.

PromptVault helps you avoid digging through old chats, notes, documents, and bookmarks to find prompts you already wrote. It is built for writers, developers, researchers, students, operators, and everyday AI users who repeat the same useful prompts.

PromptVault includes a compact in-page prompt picker on supported AI chat websites. Open the prompt picker, search your saved prompts, choose one, fill any placeholders, and insert it into the chat composer.

PromptVault is not another chatbot. It does not generate AI responses. It is a lightweight prompt library that helps you save and reuse the prompts you already trust.

The free version is intentionally simple and privacy focused. Your prompt library is stored locally in Chrome using chrome.storage.local. There is no account, no telemetry, no analytics, no external scripts, and no network requests in the free version. Your prompts stay on this browser.
