・ダウンロードした日時以降に更新された MOD に "NEW" のアイコンを追加し、わかりやすく表示

★使い方
1. Nexus Mods の ダウンロード履歴ページ を開く
2. 自動的に MOD の更新チェックが行われ、該当するものが強調表示されます
