About
Inbox Keys brings Superhuman-style speed to Gmail, for free. Press Cmd+K to open a command palette for every action, fly through your mail with single-key shortcuts, split your inbox into tabs, switch between accounts instantly, and jump to your calendar without ever reaching for the mouse. If you have wanted Superhuman's keyboard-driven workflow without leaving Gmail or paying a subscription, Inbox Keys is for you. It runs entirely in your browser, on top of Gmail's own interface. There is no Gmail API, no server, no AI, and no account to sign up for. The only permission it asks for is local storage, used to save your settings. WHAT YOU GET • Cmd+K command palette: fuzzy-search every action and run it with one keystroke. • Keyboard shortcuts and chords: j and k to move, e to archive, r to reply, g then i to go to Inbox, and many more. • Split-inbox tabs: turn one inbox into tabs such as Inbox, Important, and Other, each backed by a Gmail search. Cycle them with Tab. • Fast account switching: jump between signed-in accounts with g then a number. • Calendar key: open your calendar in a side panel or a new tab with a single press. • Fully customizable: remap any shortcut and build your own tabs from the options page. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Inbox Keys reads nothing and sends nothing. It does not use the Gmail API, makes no network requests of its own, and has zero analytics or tracking. Your settings stay in your browser and never leave your machine. Removing the extension removes them. OPEN SOURCE Inbox Keys is free and fully open source. Read every line, report issues, or contribute at github.com/hadijaveed/open-superhuman. TIP For the smoothest experience, turn on Gmail's own keyboard shortcuts in Gmail Settings
