Weebly Schema Rich Snippets — instant schema audit for Weebly sites

Open the extension on any Weebly page — homepage, product page, blog
post, contact page, or content page — and see exactly what structured
data the site is outputting, what's missing, and whether Google can
use it for rich results. Built specifically for Weebly site owners,
small business operators, and SEO consultants auditing Weebly sites.

    WHAT IT DOES

    - Detects every JSON-LD and Microdata schema on the Weebly page
      you're viewing — Weebly's auto-generated schema plus anything
added through Settings > SEO header code, page-level header code,
      or embed elements
    - Validates each schema against Schema.org rules: required fields,
recommended fields, value formats (URLs, ISO dates, currency
      codes, durations)
    - Scores the page's schema health 0–100% with a clear breakdown
    - Tells you which Google rich result features the page qualifies for —
Product, Article, LocalBusiness, FAQ, Breadcrumbs, Reviews, and more
    - Flags missing fields field-by-field so you know exactly what to fix
through Weebly's SEO settings or custom HTML embeds
    - Validates pasted JSON-LD on demand — useful before adding custom
schema through Weebly's site-wide header code or per-page header
      code

WHY WEEBLY SITE OWNERS NEED THIS

Weebly's built-in SEO output covers basics — meta tags, sitemap
generation, simple Article schema on blog posts — but coverage is
shallow compared to other site builders. Most rich-result eligibility
on Weebly comes from schema you add manually through Settings >
SEO > Header Code or per-page header code. That manual approach is
where things quietly go wrong: a missing offer.priceValidUntil on a
Weebly Square store product, a malformed LocalBusiness with the
address fields concatenated into a single string, a Product node
without aggregateRating because the review widget emits its own
    schema separately.

This extension shows you in seconds what's broken on each page so
    you can:
    - Catch missing LocalBusiness fields (address, telephone,
openingHours) on small business Weebly sites before they cost
      local-pack visibility
    - Verify Weebly Square store product schema includes valid offer
      and rating data
    - Spot conflicts when custom schema added through header code
      overlaps with Weebly's auto-generated output
    - Diagnose schema differences between Weebly Classic sites and
      Square Online migrations
    - Audit client Weebly sites quickly during SEO reviews
    - Validate custom JSON-LD before pasting it into Weebly's header
code — saving the publish-and-republish cycle

    PLATFORM-AWARE

This extension is built for Weebly. When you open it on a non-Weebly
page, it tells you so — no false positives, no irrelevant warnings.
The detection looks for Weebly's signature fingerprints (the Weebly
generator meta tag, weebly.com and editmysite.com asset hosts —
    including cdn1.editmysite.com and cdn2.editmysite.com — the Weebly
runtime global, and Weebly's signature wsite- prefix body classes)
    before scanning.

    KEY FEATURES

    - Side panel UI — works alongside the Weebly site you're inspecting
    - Dashboard with health score, error/warning counts, and rich-result
      eligibility at a glance
    - Per-schema breakdown with field-level validation
    - Filter by status (errors, warnings, valid) or schema type
    - One-click links to Google's Rich Results Test and the Schema.org
      Validator for the current page
    - Validate tab for pasting and testing custom JSON-LD before adding
it through Weebly Settings > SEO header code or per-page header
      code
    - Pop-out window mode for side-by-side review with the Weebly editor
    - Export full audit results as JSON for client reports or QA tickets
    - Works on every Weebly-powered site — weebly.com staging URLs and
Weebly sites on connected custom domains

    PRIVACY

This extension reads only the active tab's HTML when you open it.
Nothing is sent to any server. No analytics, no tracking, no account
required. Your site data stays in your browser.
