About
Sacred Wait is a minimalist, distraction-free extension designed for Catholics in tech. Whenever you are waiting for a query to run, code to compile, or a webpage to load, reclaim that idle time for a brief moment of prayer. How to use: Press Alt + 1 to display a random short prayer/aspiration. (Automatically dismisses after 3 seconds). Press Alt + 2 to display a random long-form traditional prayer. (Automatically dismisses after 10 seconds). How to close manually: Click the "X" in the top-right corner of the overlay. Simply repeat the hotkey command (e.g., pressing Alt + 1 again will instantly toggle the overlay off). Highly ergonomic, zero configuration required, and runs entirely locally in your browser.
